There are so many great affordable places to shop these days, and it seems like almost every store now is stocked with super-cute things (or am I maybe just a shopaholic?). I have been browsing through places like Charlotte Russe, Mandee, and Wet Seal - and it seems like they've all stepped up their retail game a bit.
Do you have a favorite store right now?

November's here, and for a lot of us that means it's time to bundle up. One of the key layering pieces this season will definitely be a plaid flannel shirt, and although some of them can be pretty pricey, you can also find a nice version for not that much money.
For example, if you want to shell out big bucks for a designer version like this $245 Cohen Button Back Plaid Shirt from Elizabeth & James (pictured, near right) you can, but there's also something like this $29.50 Lily Slim Fit Woven Flannel from Nollie.

I am not the biggest fan of the ubiquitous legging trend (because seriously, do I need to see everyone's rear ends?), but now there's another version that I'm disliking even more: The 'jegging.' Basically it's a pair of leggings that is printed to look like an extra extra extra skinny pair of jeans (jean + legging = jegging), and it looks like this pair from Topshop.
What do you think of the idea?

I feel like nearly every day I'm hearing about another celebrity designer/department store collaboration, but this one's too big to overlook. JCPenney just announced today that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will debut a new line called Olsenboye at the store beginning November 6th.
There's not too much to see yet, but I did find this Olsenboye preview video that shows little snippets of the line - including what I think are going to be some seriously cute shoes. But...what's up with the name? At first I totally thought it was a line just for guys!
