Yesterday--March 28, 2007--New York Post's 'Page Six' reported that 20-year old Versace heiress, Allegra Versace Beck, had been admitted to a Los Angeles hospital for treatment of anorexia. Soon after, many other media outlets took the story and ran with it.

Allegra's parents, Donatella Versace and Paul Beck, quickly released a statement via Versace in-house publicists, stating that they "wish to make it clear that their daughter, Allegra, is not at the present time a patient in a hospital of any type, but is residing at her private address and her state of health is stable."
