Hollywood Life magazine held their 9th Annual Young Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 22, 2007.

After looking over the many dazzling outfits of guests and recipients, it was presenter Hilary Duff's shimmering gold ensemble that caught our attention, prompting us to unanimously decide that she was the best dressed female of the evening. Her glittering gold clutch and matching strappy sandal heels were just the icing on the cake.

Other, almost equally fabulous outfits were worn by Lauren German, Paula Miranda, Joanna Pacitti, Amanda Bynes and Ashley Tisdale.
