After all the madness of Fashion Week there was nothing I wanted to do more than put on my favorite pair of sweatpants and see a movie in a dark theater. So I headed over to my nearest multiplex, and as I was ascending the stairs I saw a poster for the upcoming Scarlett Johannson/Natalie Portman flick The Other Boleyn Girl. The girls look absolutely gorgeous (of course), but I couldn't stop staring at Natalie's necklace...it looks exactly like the one that America Ferrera wears on Ugly Betty!
I did a little research and it turns out that the two necklaces are the exact same style, and they're based on a bauble that the actual Anne Boleyn wore way, way back in the day. In case you want to snag one of your own - customized with your initial, natch - you can find it at a website called Parrish Relics. That's where the costume designer for Ugly Betty picked up Ms. Suarez's necklace!
