The weather has been so crazy here in NYC - every day it seems like a totally different season. Last night we had a mini snowstorm, but that couldn't keep me away from a good party! Vaseline just launched their new ad campaign called "Skin Is Amazing," and in it a variety of high-profile celebs like Sarah Michelle Gellar, Amanda Bynes, Dave Navarro, and John Leguizamo are photographed in the nude (but not in a scandalous way) to show how they appreciate their skin. At the soiree the stars autographed prints of their photos, and they will be auctioned off from February 12th through the 22nd on eBay, with the proceeds benefiting the Coalition of Skin Diseases.
While I was there I had a chance to chat up Ms. Amanda Bynes (looking stunning and age-appropriate in a Marchesa dress), and we gabbed about the beauty products that we can't live without. While I expected her to tell me some ultra high-end item that I could never afford, Amanda said that her fave makeup treat is actually $6 Rosebud Salve lip balm, because "it smells so pretty." Now I love her even more!
