Miley Breaks Hearts at the Oscars!

Well, this year's Academy Awards ceremony is over, and although there was plenty of glitz and glamour - Nicole Kidman's multi-million-dollar diamond necklace, anyone? - I can't help feeling a little underwhelmed. But there was one surprising bright spot: 15-year-old Miley Cyrus in her show-stopping scarlet Valentino dress. I was really impressed that Miley eschewed a sequined mini for a sophisticated gown, and in the color of the night to boot. Bravo, Miley!
