See More About:

Sure, it's been done before, but I was still struck by Lily Allen's choice to go full-fledged fuschia with her tresses on June 3rd at a Glamour mag event in London (not to mention the fact that her seemingly sweet dress actually has a print of decapitated cartoon deer with blood spatters - gag me!).

Perhaps she was inspired by Gwen Stefani back in the day, or maybe from super-chic jewelry designer Tarina Tarantino. I'm a big fan myself, so if you don't know who she is, you should check out my exclusive interview with Tarina, and then maybe you'll decide to go pink, too!

I am out of my teen years, but I was a teen during the grunge era of the ’90s. And lots of people were dying their hair all sorts of colors from pure black to purple. I never hopped on board for that trend. I felt it was a little too outrageous and it seemed like it would take a lot of time to get it back to normal. But I wouldn’t mind sporting a wig with a wild color just for fun some time.
