Saturday night was about as amazing as it gets in my book, because I got to put together a fabulous party for fashion designer Richie Rich of Heatherette fame! Richie is putting out a compilation music cd on October 21st (full disclosure: I am an executive producer, so I am slightly biased), and so we held an intimate listening party for the fashion elite backstage at the Bryant Park tents in the W VIP Backstage Lounge.
Celebs like Nicole Fiscella from Gossip Girl, socialite/model Lydia Hearst, Lipstick Jungle hunk Robert Buckley and Bethenny Frankel from The Real Housewives of New York City all mingled with Richie, while listening to tracks from his album from folks like Lily Allen, Mya, Scissor Sisters, Blondie, and even one from Richie himself!
I'm going to host another big bash for him here in NYC in October, but I wanted to give you guys the heads-up that the cd is coming...so now you know before anyone else!
