I came down with an icky cold last week, which pretty much confined me to my couch for a few days. While I was holed up in my Kleenex and Gatorade sick bed I watched A LOT of television, including the new 90210 series for the first time.
While I didn't really love the show that much (it seemed just like Gossip Girl in L.A.), I was struck by how stylish and beautiful the character Silver (played by Jessica Stroup, pictured) was - but also how thin. I have been hearing that some of the cast members are catching flack for being too waiflike, and now I can see why. What do you think? Is there something to worry about here, or are the girls just naturally skinny?

they are skinny and not good role models to anyone.
I think they look good, It sounds like someone’s jealous
Mabey they are I don’t have an opioion but I think you should question your self can someone be to skinny with out being anorix if no then can someone be to fat without being obeese?
actually obesity is just the state of being very large (too large)
and anorexia is an eating disorder and a disease when you starve yourself because, in your head, you are too fat. in real life, you could be just a thin as those 90210 girls.
people can be thin without being anorexic (i am actually quite thin, i always have been, but i eat a ton. i just play sports and have a high metabolism) but if you are very fat then you are definitely obese.
and i dont think we can really know if they have a disorder or are just naturally thin (which was probably a special trait the casting directors looked for, slimness), unless they come out and say “guess what, i’m anorexic” if they don’t…it remains a mystery.
