HSM3's Ashley Tisdale and Nicky Hilton (little sister of Paris) are both stylistas in their own right, so it's not entirely surprising that they would end up wearing the same flowered frock just nine days apart. What is shocking to me is that the dress in question is an entirely affordable little number from none other than H&M!
Personally, I think both gals look gorgeous in the mini, but I especially love how Ashley added the cropped tux jacket and studded belt. Who do you think wore it better?Photos © Wire Image.

Ashley Tisdale accessorized better for the flowery dress it needed punk accessories! She did that to perfection!
I totally think Ashley rocked it better!! I love how she added the jacket! totally brings the mini up a notch! and gives it focus!
