Well, the year has almost come to an end, which means that it's time to rate the best and worst outfits of 2008!
I'm going to post them in a countdown format, starting with what I think was the fourth best look of the year: Selena Gomez in her Egyptian-inspired Robert Ellis dress that she wore to the St. Jude's 5th Annual Runway for Life benefit on October 11th, 2008 in Beverly Hills. Selena's glittery gold earrings and winged eyeliner definitely added to the Cleopatra vibe, and personally I think this was her best look so far.
