The 4th Worst Look of the Year: Vanessa Hudgens

Starting off the countdown of the worst looks of the year, I have to go with the Simone dress that Vanessa Hudgens wore to the High School Musical 3: Senior Year premiere in London on October 7th, 2008.

Normally I am a HUGE fan of Vanessa's outfits, so I was really surprised to find her wearing a dress so short that it should be a top! I really love the biker chic Catherine Malandrino jacket that she threw over her mini, but there just needed to be a little bit more skirt here to be appropriate.
