The 3rd Worst Look of the Year: Jessica Stroup

For the 3rd worst look of 2008, I have to give it to 90210 newcomer Jessica Stroup and the brown shapeless muumuu she sported at the opening of the D&G boutique in Los Angeles on December 15th, 2008.

Jessica is usually superbly stylish so this is clearly a rare misstep, but the tent dress makes even rail-thin Jess look frumpy. One bright spot: She looks like she's having fun, and that is the point, right?
