The 2nd Best Look of the Year: Emma Watson

It's really refreshing to see a teenager who isn't trying to grow up tooooo fast, so I'm giving props to Emma Watson as this year's 2nd best outfit.

Emma looked almost regal in the Alexander McQueen dress that she wore to the National Movie Awards on September 8th, 2008 in London, while still staying completely beautiful and age-appropriate.
