The 2nd Worst Look of the Year: Taylor Momsen

I am a self-professed Gossip Girl fanatic, so it pains me to choose Taylor Momsen as the 2nd worst look of 2008.

Taylor chose this lingerie-looking frock for the Sex Drive premiere on October 12th, 2008 in New York City, and although I don't really love the dress, it's her nuevo-mullet haircut that really bothers me here. Do you think they made her cut her hair this way for GG? That's really the only explanation that will satisfy me.
