90210 starlet Shenae Grimes is relatively new to the scene, so it almost seems unfair to choose her as the worst outfit of 2008 - but I really didn't have any other choice when I saw the pants that she wore to the Pepsi 500 on August 27th, 2008 in Los Angeles.
I'm sure that somewhere there is a place that lace-up sueded leather pants are appropriate, but for some reason I just don't think that a NASCAR race is it. Call me crazy!
