Well, the Miss America pageant is over this year, and I'm happy to announce that Miss New York Leigh-Taylor Smith was crowned 3rd-runner-up, as well as winner of the preliminary swimsuit pageant!
She looked absolutely gorgeous and poised throughout the evening, but I was especially blown away by the tiered Stephen Yearick dress that she wore during the talent portion of the competition. Belissima!
