I've been a little hard on Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen for her fashion choices lately, but I have to admit - the girl looked pretty darn cute at the New York premiere of He's Just Not That Into You. I especially liked her leggings, which after a little research I found out are from a fledgling designer named Jen Kao.
Based in NYC, Kao started her collection in the fall of 2007, so I will be interested to see what she comes up with in the coming seasons. Stay tuned...
