I have always been a fan of Rihanna's edgy, subversive style, so when I saw her waaaaay back in December '08 in an $1,100 Burberry Prosum spike necklace, I wanted that piece of jewelry immediately.
Well, I didn't ever get it - but I did just come across this $85 Hematite Spike Necklace from Rachel Rachel Roy (pictured, far right), and I was immediately smitten. The problem is, the bauble doesn't start shipping until October 5th, so I have to pace around the room for like a month until I can finally wear my new statement piece. Sigh.
