I'm still reeling over all the fabulous of New York Fashion Week and have so much left to talk about! One of my favorite shows this season was Yohji Yamamoto's Y-3 presentation for Adidas, which took place in an old armory to mimic the feel of a soccer stadium.
Not only were the clothes fun (I particularly loved the neon oversized fishnet dresses), but the highlight of the event came at the end of the show, when a group of models came out with soccer balls. An enormous net dropped down from the ceiling, and then one of the models pulled a photographer out of the audience and asked him to play goalie while the girls took turns kicking the balls at him! It was pretty smashing.
