I'm a big fan of Leighton Meester and her ever-changing style, but I'm not quite sure that I understand the outfit that the Gossip Girl starlet chose to wear to her performance at The Underground in Chicago on January 1st, 2010.
Leighton paired a see-through lace turtleneck with a teeny black stretch bra and some slouchy tan grandpa pants for a look that is a little confusing. What do you think? Do you like Leighton's look?

i’d say the top is ok but the pants are horrid.
Ok what’s with the returning ’90’s pants?! They’re HORRIBLE!!! The top of her outfit, I just don’t get but its no where NEAR as bad as the pants!
