14-year-old Abigail Breslin is blossoming into a beautiful young lady, as proven by her recent appearance at the opening night of Broadway play "The Miracle Worker," in which she plays the lead role of Helen Keller.
Abigail's hair stylist, Creighton Bowman of Exclusive Artists, gave me the scoop on how he got her tresses ready for her big night in NYC.
Creighton says: "First, I applied Bumble & Bumble's Thickening Spray to the roots and hairline of towel dried hair.
Next, I used several sprays of René Furterer's VOLUMEA Volumizing Conditioning Spray No-Rinse on her ends. I did a loose blow dry to set the products.
Once her hair was dry, I used an R Session double-pronged curling iron. With Abigail's long hair, this iron creates a long, loose finger wave, giving it a new twist to texture. I then added more texture using Klorane Gentle dry shampoo with Oat Milk.
Lastly, we decided to back comb the crown for a little lift and pulled the sides back for a modern, hip shape secured with bobby pins. I finished off the look with L'Oreal Elnett hairspray."
