Still Loving: Ikat

When the temp starts going up, I immediately want to put on sundresses and ethnic prints. This season I'm still feeling ikat, which is an Indonesian word referring to a method of weaving that uses a dyeing process similar to tie-dye on fabric.

If you're not into the idea of wearing head-to-toe design, an easy way to try wearing ikat is with an accent like a scarf or handbag. I'm particularly digging this $69 Wanderlust Satchel from Rachel Rachel Roy; it'll wake up basics like nobody's business.
