One big trend this spring/summer that is slightly questionable in my opinion is the cut-off top - like this $29.50 Taylor Cropped Tank (pictured, above) from Delia's.
Already seen on celebs like Rihanna and Ashley Tisdale, this flashback look is probably only going to get more popular as the weather heats up. But is it worth wearing?
