If you like having the latest thing, then you might want to consider snapping up a pair of skinny leg cargo pants. The must-have item right now is J Brand's $230 "Houlihan" cargos (pictured, above), and just about every star you can think of - from Hilary Duff to Gwen Stefani to Rihanna - already have 'em.

Now if the idea of shelling out over 200 bucks for a pair of pants bums you out (it does me!), you can still get the look for a lot less. Dillards.com is selling a similar pair by Chelsea & Violet (below) for $118.
