I recently had the good fortune to attend Lighthouse International's annual POSH event, which is a giant sale of new and vintage clothing, accessories, housewares and beauty products - all at significantly reduced prices. Lighthouse International is a charitable organization that is dedicated to fighting vision loss, and the sale is one way that they help raise funds for the cause.
There were loads of fashion bargains to be had at the event, but the most exciting piece of clothing to me was a tiger print dress (pictured, below) donated by Sex and the City's Kim Cattrall (a big supporter of the charity) and worn by her character Samantha. How amazing is that? I just had to touch it.
I didn't buy the dress, but I did pick up a new tube of Estee Lauder's TurboLash All Effects Motion Mascara - for only $10! I was skeptical about a vibrating mascara wand at first, but after trying it I am a convert. I'm simply amazed at how long it makes my lashes look - and no clumps!
