I have always admired Stuart Weitzman's footwear and the incredible fact that no matter how fabulous one of his designs looks - it is somehow miraculously still comfortable. Well, I had the chance to meet the man in person yesterday, and it was the coolest!
Stuart invited some media folks to his showroom to A) view the upcoming Resort Collection, and B) challenge him to a friendly ping pong match. Yes, a ping pong match!
I haven't played ping pong since summer camp, but Stuart is seriously good at the game: He has a table in his company headquarters and his own paddle and paddle case. So instead of trying to beat him, we were all just trying to see if we could actually score a point. Here I am giving it a go:
In addition to horsing around, there were also some drool-worthy shoes on display. One of my faves was the Alex (pictured, below), which is already loved by celebs like Jennifer Aniston, Emmy Rossum and Eva Mendes.

They're adorable, right? I'm saving up so I can get myself a pair - and I'm also practicing my backhand in case I ever get the opportunity to play Stuart again. ; )
