Newlywed Katy Perry (Brand) hit the blue carpet at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2010 in Spain yesterday in a flame red ticket dress by fashion designer Jeremy Scott.
Scott is an American fashion designer born in Kansas City, Missouri, who has also created some unique sneakers and apparel for Adidas in addition to his namesake collection.
