A few months ago I went to London, and when I was in Topshop there I picked up a black crackle nail lacquer from Barry M called 'Instant Nail Effects' in Black Magic that seemingly cracks on top of any other nail color for an amazing effect. I quickly became obsessed with the black crackle polish and wore it just about every day - usually over metallic gold or silver polish - but I couldn't find it anywhere in the States.
Well, Katy Perry has a new collection of nail polishes coming out for OPI at Ulta.com in January, and one of the shades has the same type of crackle effect! Her version is called 'Black Shatter,' (pictured above, far right) but it's pretty much identical - and it's AWESOME!
