Last night New York's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week began with fantastic show called the Heart Truth, which is meant to draw attention to the danger that heart disease poses to women. Julianne Hough (pictured below) opened the show in a Swarovski dress, and other stars like Audrina Patridge, Katrina Bowden and Cat Deeley donned scarlet designer dresses in support of the cause.

In a great twist Natasha Beddingfield performed her song "Strip Me" after she walked down the catwalk, but the best surprise of them all was the fact that Matthew McConaughey was sitting in the front row in support of his girlfriend (and baby momma) Camilla Alves - who was modeling in the show. Pinch me!
