SPRAY!
Shake spray-paint can for 2 minutes then spray 10-12 inches from the shoe surface. Apply several light coats at a time by using swift motions all over the exterior of the shoe. This will avoid pooling and dripping.
Once you have covered the entire surface of both shoes, leave them out to dry for about 30 minutes.
Repeat this process for maximum coverage.
