Christian Louboutin

Born in Paris, Christian Louboutin worked for famous shoe designers Charles Jourdan and Roger Vivier before opening his own flagship boutique in Paris in 1992. Known for their crimson soles, Louboutin's shoes are unabashedly sexy and usually sky-high. And even though they actually are wearable, Louboutin does not design solely with comfort in mind, saying: "You want to run in your shoes? Buy sneakers."
