Known for her colorful over-the-top frocks that just practically beg to be worn to a party, Betsey Johnson had school dances on the brain when she was designing her Spring 2008 collection. When asked to describe the girl that wears her fanciful dresses, Betsey explained: "Life is just a prom. No matter what she's wearing, she can't get out of her prom state of mind!"
