I am on tropical vacation right now (yay!), and have noticed that a LOT of girls are wearing huge hoop earrings with their bathing suits at the beach.
I'm not necessarily saying that this is a bad look - a lot of people look really chic with their beach baubles - but from a practical side, this isn't a very easy look to pull off.
What do you think? Are big earrings appropriate in the sand and sea, or should they be left on land?

Really, it depends. Are you going to be swiming a lot? That is usually me so I would bypass the earings. If you are going to be lying around sun bathing then definenty.

I think it’s really cute and cool, but I’m way too active at the beach for earrings, especially hoop earrings. I love getting in the water, swimming and body boarding, so wearing earrings to the beach usually isn’t a good idea for me. Sometimes I’ll wear a pair of diamond studs, but nothing I care too much about
Well, it all depends on the mood. I wouoldn’t mind wearing hoops in the waters. I love hoop earings, so wear them anywhere I feel like it

Oh yea if you can pull of the cute look and your not too active I say hey why not
