She's a TV star on Gossip Girl, frontwoman of a rock band called The Pretty Reckless and the face of Madonna's new clothing line 'Material Girl,' so there's no denying that 17-year-old Taylor Momsen is red-hot right now.
Taylor was recently photographed in London wearing her favorite visible garter belt look with kohl-rimmed eyes as black as night.
I think it's cool that she seems to have her own style, but personally it's a bit out there for me. What do you think?
